Bicicas 1.6.4

The Bicicas bicycle rental service features an automated bike parking network accessible to the public, providing bicycles for urban use within a specified maximum period of two hours per rental in the city of Castellón de la Plana.

Map Functionality

• View real-time indicators of available bikes at each stand.
• Access a comprehensive list of all stands within the application.
• Search for the closest stand by address.
• Mark frequently used stands as favorites for quick access.

Subscription Management

• Purchase new subscriptions with options including annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily plans.
• Monitor remaining time on active subscriptions.
• Review a history of previously purchased subscriptions.

Bike Rentals

• Initiate rentals directly from a mobile device without requiring a user card.
• Check the remaining duration of ongoing rentals.
• View a list of recent rentals.
• Access detailed information on each rental, including time elapsed, distance traveled, and bicycle used.
• See an estimated route based on the current rental.
• Share your rental routes via Twitter and Facebook platforms.

Fines and Sanctions

Since February 1, 2015, the web dashboard (https://panel.bicicas.es) has been available to users, providing comprehensive access to information regarding subscriptions, rentals, sanctions, and incidents. Additionally, on February 1, 2016, a mobile application was launched to facilitate easier and faster use of the service via smartphones.
